2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

3. Return Process

  3. Ship the Item: Return the item to the address provided in the return authorization, using a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  4. Inspection: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your return.
     

4. Refunds

  • Approved Returns: If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item. The refund will include the purchase price of the item, excluding original shipping costs.

  • Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label and issue a full refund or replacement, at your choice, upon receipt and inspection.

5. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for eligible items, subject to availability. To request an exchange:

  • Original Shipping Costs: Non-refunded unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged, defective, or incorrect item).

  • Return Shipping Costs: Paid by the customer unless the return is due to our error.
     

7. International Orders

For international orders, the same return and refund policies apply. However:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs duties or taxes associated with the return.

  • Refunds will not include original shipping costs or customs fees paid on the initial order.
